Duff Tyson - South Beach

South Beach. The Outlook.

Duff Tyson purchased the land at the end of the spit stretching west toward the open water.  When a developer took an interest in the land closer to the road skirting the channel and the inlet, he bought up all the land.  There will be no other house along that short road.

  1. This house really speaks to the character it was created for. Clean, beautiful and simple on the surface but it is clear that each detail was painstakingly chose to craft a sense of effortless perfection. The black and and white theme is a perfect parallel for the yin and yang of his personality. I can't wait to know even more about him.

    1. Thank you! It's difficult for me to get into his head and stay there, so I had to keep pausing and going back over this place over and over again. The glamour is real, but the house is more set than 'home'. The man himself is in the overall gloss and perfection, not in any detail since he provides none.

It was interesting to tackle Rob's place right after this one. He worries about 'control' but it's really because he doesn't trust anyone else to take care of things. It's self preservation.

      Thank you again!

  2. This is so awesome:) I wish I could move there also :)
I think the house suits Duff very well. He is handsome and his house is too. So manly and well...handsome ;D
I love your houses and your decorating skills ♥

    1. Thank you so much! I'd love to live in a house like that, too, but it wouldn't look as clean if I lived there...

Thank you for the very nice compliment!

  3. Haha, he broke the jacuzzi! OVERUSED!!!!

The place is gorgeous, as usual! I'd easily live there... I bought the house next to him, pretty much the same overall style, but with a hint of me. Guess who's going to be the over-friendly neighbor!

You awe me at every turn, so here I go again... AWE!

    1. Yeah he probably did! I can't see Duff bothering to do more than fiddle with it though. He'd expect his staff to fix the thing.

As we wind things down or whatever we do, I would love to have Duff talk with his neighbors. He's a bad boy, but there's a lot more to him.

On a bad day, you have brought so much light. Thank you!

    2. Ooh Jean-Marie has he come over for a cup of sugar yet? ;)

      This house is stunning.

    3. Sugar, tea, coffee... I think his kitchen is empty.

      At least, that's what I would've said if I didn't know any better :)
He wiggled his eyebrows every time... makes a girl wonder!
