Education: one year in a local community college

Profession:Musician, drummer ~ Flight

Background: Raised in the general vicinity of Lake Tahoe, Shooter grew up in a family on the move. His father, a construction worker with a high school education, doted on family legends and told Shooter he was a descendant of the outlaw Jesse James (something Shooter grew up to doubt). By the time he was ten years old, his mother and father bounced around Truckee, Placerville, Sparks, and Reno, moving from one rental to the next when the bad checks caught up with them. Athletic, energetic, diagnosed as an extreme case of attention deficient disorder (when he was 'diagnosed' at all), Shooter had problems in school. A sympathetic teacher gave him his first drum kit, and he found drumming a perfect release for his natural energy and sense of timing and rhythm. By the time he was a sophomore in high school, he was attracting attention, both for his musical talent and for a high level of charisma. A girlfriend introduced him to skiing. Within a year Shooter was taking on the black diamond trails. He considered going for life as a professional ski instructor. It didn't work out as planned. Paid more in glamor than cash, sharing a house with three other guys, he ate someone's chicken and was confronted with fury and an iron skillet across his head. When he didn't buckle, the owner of said chicken went for the gun in his truck, leaving Shooter with a headache, a renewed appreciation for his ability to tackle someone, and a new career choice. He joined and quit several bands until he met Rob Porter one very cold winter in Squaw Valley.

Shooter is outgoing, flirtatious, friendly, confident, nervewrackingly energetic, and interested in anything and everything from physics to mythology. Despite his energy, he is a surprisingly good listener.
